Just like the "Original", this is a Chicago style thin crust pizza topped with homemade sauce, a special cheese blend, seasoned pork sausage, a special blend of herbs and spices, and your choice of spicy OR non-spicy giardiniera peppers.

This incredible flavor combination is a staple of Chicago. 

In the mid-20th century, Chicago taverns began experimenting with local flavors.

Since giardiniera was already everywhere in Chicago (especially on Italian beef sandwiches), it naturally became a pizza topping, and eventually, a beloved Chicago combo emerged.
